Dentistry can be a hard game, busy days, nervous patients, grumpy dentists. We received a letter last week which made us all glow with pride.
This is a quote from the letter… “I wanted to congratulate you on excellent service and especially Caroline, who listened to mine and my father’s needs, shown care and compassion and took time with both myself and my father. Please if you have any way of recognising her excellent customer service I would appreciate it and she truly is a great asset to your company”
And so say all of us!! Caroline you are such a pleasure to work with, reliable, dependable, always cheerful. I was so proud when I read the letter and so you should be too, thank you for all your hard work.
